We want you to know that Gold Creek Community Church will not sell, rent, or disclose your personally identifiable information to third-party organizations without getting your prior explicit permission.
Gold Creek Community Church provides the opportunity to give and register for events through the Website and Application through the use of third-party services. We also use third-party services to process credit and debit cards. We do not store full card numbers or verification numbers on our servers at any time.

Gold Creek Community Church uses this information to provide a unique experience for you, including but not limited to, helping a user find and connect with nearby Gold Creek Community Church locations. Gold Creek Community Church holds the right to disclose information about the user and his/her identity if we determine necessary—such as situations including but not limited to a complaint or investigation involving use of the App, or to identify, contact, or bring legal action against a person causing harm or interference. We may disclose this information and any information we deem necessary to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests.
The user acknowledges, consents, and agrees that Gold Creek Community Church may access, preserve, and disclose account information and content if required to do so by law or in regards to a belief that access, preservation, or disclosure is necessary in order to:
- Adhere to legal process
- Enforce these Terms
- Respond to any claims that content violates the right of third parties
- Respond to user requests for customer service
- Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our users, the public, and Gold Creek Community Church
It should be understood that technical processing and transmission of the App, which includes content created by the user, may be transmitted over various networks, and changes to benefit technical requirements for networks and devices.
Enforcement
Periodically, Gold Creek Community Church reviews our compliance with this Privacy Policy. When formal written complaints are received regarding privacy issues, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his/her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Gold Creek Community Church and an individual.
